While brewing kettle soured beer for years, we experimented a lot and gained tons of knowledge along the way. With creating Lola, we were searching for the right balance of freshness, tartness, silky mouthfeel and of course the best fruit expression. And with all the previous experience, we produced this beautiful & smooth summer beer. Lola is double fruited with raspberries and blackcurrant, fruits that are harvested in summer and give this wonderful brew a gorgeous blushing pink looks.
